enough

honestly, i think i've seen enough coverage of the earthquake/tsunami in japan. i hope i don't offend anyone with this posting, but sometimes the media is too intimate and too much. doesn't anyone feel like a voyeur in watching these frightening and heart-breaking videos repeatedly? i love anderson cooper just as much as the next person (maybe not as much as his wife - is he married?). but i think its unnecessary for the news networks to continue to show these horrific personal glimpses into the tragedy over and over again. yes, i think we need to be informed about the nuclear plant issues and the financial fallout, but to watch snippets of people getting washed away while others scream in terror is getting to be too much. i want to be informed; i just don't think we should be watching these human beings in their greatest time of suffering and sorrow. i'm weary of the forced rubber-necking.

compassion and peace to those in japan. help make a difference with money and/or time.

escaping cnn,

tricia

Tricia,
I have it on pretty good authority that Anderson Cooper is gay. I hope this alleviates your suffering in some way.

Love!
